On Monday there was a 'Mindset Matters' one hour course for parents which Hayley, from Namaste Kids, came to run for us. It was well attended and our parents learnt about Mindfulness and Mindset. Parents also practised a short Mindfulness activity and had a go at Belly Breathing.
The feedback we received from parents was really positive:
